Yeah.... I get this error when I double-click MSSettupv83

Halp?

EDIT: I removed my gMS -sob- and dl'ing it again. Gonna see if it works o-o

IF you have gms... Rename it and put in your desktop or something then install visual

I had to changed my MS installer file name to .exe because it wasnt already. Try that.
