Can't register or click anything on site? Empty Can't register or click anything on site?

Im on the homepage at drakoms.org and I can't click anything on the side bar. I click register and it brings me to the page but I can't click the bars to type in anything. Can anyone help? Thanks.

You're using an old version of internet explorer, my site isn't compatible with all versions of internet explorer.

Just change to firefox/google chrome for your own good.
