Guild Points

Im not saying make Guild PQ work or anything I was just thinking that Deagan could make it when we rb or kill monsters we get guild points (Just like Dark and light side points) or maybe in some other way. Or even make a whole new pq using those maps.

Also make the Guild rock npc work, its just a blank npc right now. I feel if we had this there would be more "competitiveness" in the server. =]

I believe Deagan has several more priorities atm, especially with the glitches. But it is a good idea
