i cant play dracoms

my gf's account got auto-banned..
i can still sign in my own account...
but i get dced when i select my character...
i tried her laptop and i can sign in and play...i just couldnt play with my laptop...
we share a same connection and same ip..

the character banned :JVloon(J V L O O N)

and i am Carisberg

Step 3:
Read and reflect over what happened and submit an appeal under 'Report GM's' in the forum

Step 4:
Wait for your ban appeal to be processed.

and include your own account id so I can do something.

I was talking about YOUR account.

Well.. Your gf is probably IP banned. So that means you are not able to log in onto drako with that account. It dcs when u click the character because your ip was banned [Or so i believe that's the reason, since i got banned once]..

my carisberg is ok and i can log on to it on other laptop~

carisberg isnt an account id.

i thought it was carlsberg.. thats the way i read it in game...

i said i can play -.- just my laptop couldn't access the draco because my OTHER id was banned when i used my laptop...my laptop couldn't play while my gf's laptop can play~ the id banned was linlyn and linlyn92(carisberg) isnt banned...

linlyn was banned when i use my laptop and now whenever i sign in my carisberg with my laptop i get dced when i choose my character~~

so can it be fixed? wat is it exactly the problem?
