Unban application.

Hey,
today, I was playing drakoms as usual, and I was at the secret (something) and I started to lag. So I logged off, and I didn't try to log on for a while. And now, it says im deleted/blocked off connection. I haven't hacked, only voted once, I have no edited .wz
So... what should I do?

go on website and log in and click 'Why am I banned'

Put your username; Robotz
Put the name of the character you were banned with; Robotz
The reason you were banned for; Autoban 'Robotz': Packet Editing (using mount without mount being equipped)
This must have been a system error, because when I tried to ride my mount (silver mane that I bought from @shop) it didn't work, so I tried to go to equipment and double click it to start it, however it just went away. I think it was then it started lagging, and I logged off.
