MacBan on the beggining

I just wanna to start playing today and its my first time im trying to play.
when i try to click start game on the char selection its dces me.
i know what its mean.
i got it in all the servers, is mac ban and i didnt even played 1 time,
i think its beacuse i got cheat engine in my computer.
ill be glad if you will help me.
