It's obvious that some aren't going to like it. It was my first recorded song, I'm really just using this one to know where I need to improve. Need to be less monotone in future

Yeah that plus it sounded like you wrote the song before you even heard the instrumental. People that write their lyrics to rap songs often have a hard time getting everything to flow right. Yours, for example sounded like you struggled to fit the words into each bar which meant you had to stretch them out making the song slower than it needed to be

When I used to record, I rarely wrote anything down. I listened to the instrumental first and sorta freestyled until I was done with the verses for the song. Then I would listen to myself and change the words up accordingly.

Just keep writing and keep practicing. Also, balance out freestyling with writing because when you freestyle, you're more in tune with the beat and the song will flow better.

The song was originally written to a different beat but the last verse was 18 lines which kinda screwed me up a bit and I didn't want uneven lines, so I chose this beat and scrapped a verse.
