I like the movement effect on the char, woulda chosen an action pose and made the frame .. you know what.. heres an example. o-o

Personally, i think you 2 colour gradient is boring... moar color lah? c:
Your brushes are going over & off the border... o-o
The shadow of "Fantacize" is awkward... doesnt match your color scheme.
"Dream PLay Believe" isnt matched up, going along the brush (if thats what you wanted it to do..)
Your smoke and other brush overlap, creating messiness.
I would have put a layer effect on "DrakoMS" to make it the focal point, right now your smoke is teh focal... big no no.
I laso think the size overall is too big.. o-o 310 x 110 ish is usualy good.
I only critisize you becuase i want you to grow. c:

Thanks for criticism. I wanted it to be a basic fade out, because everyone seems to overuse crappily made ( no offense to people on this forum ) banned story character animations. I thought the brushes should go over the boarder because it makes it seem as if the frost of DrakoMS is taking over my signature. Ill fix Dream Play Believe like you said, and change Fanatacize. As for the size, I like it. Since it keeps the character in its default resolution, but doesn't cram a lot of text over everything leaving some nice space around. Thank you very much.

That snake-y thing totally looks like a beam of pokemon style blizzardy goodness. Also here is the semi-fixed version. Stuff smokes when its freezing, cause of sublimation and deposition. I want it to look cartoony and all the effects I saw online looked too realistic. I only spent 15 minutes on this so yeah, I think its good enough x).

I didn't brush the boarder noob. Its clouds w/plastic wrap. ( duh ) f3, just teasing, it's not like you would have known. Bevel looks cool.

I knew you did sumthin eith the border...
and when you bevel it, it pops out.
so the bg pops out, border dusnt... o-o
it just akward.
i would get rid of clouds & render on border & just bevel it too. o-o
