GM Help Plz

Um if any GMs are readin this plz help
When i was playing drako ms i got 50 fire ores and tryed to get the crimson bow
but i forgot i had a full inventory and then when i cliked on the item i lost the 50 ores and didn't get the bow plz help it took me like the whole day to get the ores and right now itz 2:52 AM in california. I checked if it went to um like storage and stuff so im very clueless if i got it or not.
