Light vs Dark teams

One of my ideas, thought it out for a while.
I am thinking about making teams inside every side of 4 members, which fight for a top spot INSIDE their side too, so it's not just sides vs sides, but also teamsinaside vs teamsinaside, that way, there will be more to do, more competition.. and yeah, possibly more fun?
