Requesting Assistance

Hello Everyone, I'm new.
Anway, I've been playing normally hunting Klocks and whatnot, when suddenly my Heals stopped dealing damage, and they stopped shooting me. Thinking something's wrong on my end, I logged off and tried to log back on, but it says I'm still on. I've read throughout forums and it looks like I'm stuck. I'd highly appreciate it if I could get a little help.
My IGN is Eins. No real rush needed, I'm gonna head to bed.

Note: Does logging into the website/voting cause this?
