How did you even conclude this from this screenshot in the first place? Every gm was hired by deagan for a reason. If deagan didnt feel 100% sure about making each and every person he selects to become a gamemaster, he wouldnt make them game masters in the first place.

Flaming me is one thing, but when you criticize my competence and qualifications as a GM you are crossing the line. Ever since I became a gamemaster, I have, in my opinion, been the most consistent, productive, and active gm so far. You, on the other hand, have been playing for less than a week and have probably never even seen every game master that this server currently has.

Forget the RR(I have no idea about what that is). Now about the chances of winning. Lets say there are 100 people in your True/False event(There will be 1 winner) 1/100 people will win. There is a 50% chance of getting the question right, BUT a 1% chance of winning.(Since everyone has an equivalent percentage to win.)

BUT, using "other gm's don't host any events" as an arguement to not host ones yourself is bullcrap.

A gm's job is not to just give events, in fact, once you start doing events, people will continiously ask for it which is happening right now and it's incredibly annoying, we have drakoquests, the werewolvepq and the fire system for a reason, leave alone light vs dark, attendance and the custom bosses and training maps which you can waste your time with.

Leaving out every feature that is still going to come this summer.

See I expected an argument like this from you Adam. I do not care at all if a GM decides to host an event or not. For some reason, im the "go-to" gm when it comes to events even where there are multiple gms online. Why? Because im the only one that consistently hosts an event every day. If only you could get the big picture of what im saying. more gms hosting an event leads to you all not only going to me each time you want an event. And you're only half right about the JQs. I don't do Jump quests because the same people win each and every time (coincidentally, those are the only people that asks for a jump quest).

Do the events listed not give everyone an equal chance to win as opposed to a JQ which the majority of the server doesnt like anyway? A big part of being a GM is to make everything as fair to players as possible.

I didnt say anything about them getting fired in the first place. I just said that their lack of events leads to everyone asking me to do an event, not because theyre not active, but because im the most active/consistently holds multiple events a day.

Again, not the big picture. Me being the only gm that consistently does events everyday leads to me being asked to do an event the most and im sick of it. If we could get a good 4-5 even 6 events a day, then I could easily match that without being constantly bugged even with multiple gms online.

5 events a day, that seems way too much actually for a server with so many customs, people will only want more and more.

The only thing I can offer is even more customs this summer which should reduce people being bored, but I doubt 90% of the community even knows about our features.

I gave everyone a warning that if a certain amount of people do not show up that im canceling it. I dont give a damn about % if a certain amount of people aren't online. Am I supposed to do an event for 1 person if 4 people are online? Is that not 25%? How could you come up with an "Initial opinion" of me in the first place when you're hardly ever on when I do events lets alone show up to those that are held by me when you are online?

There is never a given percent of people I require for events. If there are 200 people are online and only 10% (20 people) show up, id be more than happy to do the event.

I make sure a certain amount of people show up to JQs in the first place since a lot of people give up midway through them for one reason or another.

We never saw anything about a warning of a specific number of people needing to be there - care to show where that was?

Do you forget who I am? I've seen you around since BEFORE you were even a GM, it's not hard to get an initial opinion.
As for events - they rarely hold an appeal for me personally, I have no reason to show up.

Your example is rather extreme by the way, nobody would host an event with only 4 people on unless they outright just were extremely bored.

As I said - don't say you're going to host an event then just cancel it because you're not happy.

I actually vividly remember me telling everyone that if a certain amount of people don't show up, im canceling the event. Why do I remember this? Because I not only told everyone during that event, but I tell everyone that during all events that I feel are lacking a certain amount of people.

Im actually surprised that you have "seen me around" when I have NEVER seen you before in-game. The only time we even had any kind of interaction was when you complained about me canceling the event.

And no I do feel like my opinion was "extreme" at all. The point im trying to get across is that percent doesnt matter at all. The amount of people that enters an event especially a jump quest is what matters. Im not even sure where you got this percent thing from in the first place.

And I don't give a fuck about hosting events, I'll host them whenever. But I think JQs are boring, so I'm not really gonna have those often. But I've played lots of private servers, and been in lots of events. So I have lots of ideas.
