Can't get into game

Well as the title says I can't get into the game.

I have all the files and the DrakoMs v75 Client.

Here are some pictures to show you whats happening,

I'm in the Chan Server:

You may ask why I have gear on, well its because I asked my cousin to sign into my account and see if it was the server.
But its not.

Heres the error: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later"

And agian, my cousins can sign in on THERE computers just fine. Also other things to let you guys know about is that, yes I restarted my computer, yes I reinstalled everything, and yes I pressed the "Login Fix" on the main site.

Any help is appreciated and don't flame me if its something small.

SAME thing happened to me, please any help?

login fix on the main site has never worked, all it does it get u to character screen
server need to restart when this stuff happens or ask a gm to d/c u

yeah I'm not banned, i've never played this server, first download and all, used only the links provided by the website, and nothing. i've played servers before, had my own, so it's nothing i'm doing, maybe it's the client IP, the login IP maybe inputted wrong.

for me, its not always. its just sometimes. like when my computer usage is at 100%.
