Is my char stuck? PLEASE SOLVE ASAP :(

Okay, i need this problem sort of fixed.. asap.. I go to log on to my char, enter my user, pass, pin and all.
I go to log in the world, double-click my char, and then it says there's a problem connecting to the game server.. I've tried logging in several times but the game will not let me.. My chars IGN is: MyIGNpwns

got the same prob, it might be a login service prob ?

Maybe, i checked the server staus, theres like 57 people online.. but the game is online.. I don't know what happened though
