Banned while afk

The last thing I remember doing was standing in Cloud Fox Mountain to hang out and see if I could pick up some fire ores. Then I went afk in the right bottom corner for maybe 20 minutes to talk to someone behind me, then came back and saw the Fox boss. I normally hit it for 1 damage so I didn't bother trying to hit it. I had my spirit pet out which hit it for some damage so that's when I figured I had a chance. For the next few hours I killed it about 3 times just for fun and about 2 people who did around 20,000 damage helped out as well (I think one of them was a character named Heist but not sure). I believe the damage I did was between 500,000 to 1 million at a rate of 6 hits per skill because I had shadow buff and Night Walker class.

My rebirth is about 8 I think. The stat for my LUK might have been a little under or over 10,050. From what I've seen, the damage I usually do isn't out of the ordinary with ninja stars. I do not know what a heaven hammer skill is so I don't claim to be using it. However I wear the red 15 dollar donor armor which is really neat and I believe that is the factor that made my damage high for such a low rebirth level. I really believe this is a misunderstanding so it'd be cool if someone could quickly review the situation and allow me to continue playing if I deserve to, Thanks!

Woops I just read around and this seemed to be the place to post it. I read the reason and it says "hacking" so I'm not sure what to think from that single word. The reason I don't mention a GM is because I think it is an autoban so I don't want to blame anyone for it. I'm fine with any solution that a GM suggests. Will I need to remove my donor armor from now on until a higher rebirth?

I remember I saw him standing afk, and monsters were dieing around him. I told nina to look at him. He got banned like 5 minutes later.

That's because I had my spirit pet out to kill slowly while I'm talking to a person. Every few minutes I turn around to resummon it with my Home key. The way I level is by killing Zakum/Pianus/Horntail/Bigfoots then I vote everyday for fire ores. What possible reason do I have to use hacks to kill foxes for a level per hour? The primary reason I was in Cloud Fox Mountain was to fly around and collect the fragments of fire ores that other people didn't want. And while killing the fox boss I held down my skill button and mostly gazed at the TV, looking back every 20-30 seconds to check its hp bar, because it takes forever if my eyes are constantly on the monitor. There is no form of botting or hacking on my side, because every action done was by me keeping a finger on a button until something dies--or when sometimes I hold down attack too long and the attack animation continues but nothing comes out anymore.

I remember seeing a GM walking right in front of me while I was in the corner doing nothing cept dazing out. And then I moved around to clear any suspicions that the GM might have had, because I didn't know why he/she was staring at me. The last point I have is that if I'm in the corner allegedly 'auto-killing with a third party tool' then what could I possibly gain in a nook like that? I wasn't in the map to gain anything or to do a task. I happened to go there to fly around and take a break from hours of Zakums and maybe see if anyone 0rb might want some help. It just makes no sense to imply that I'm after fire ores or exp in that map. I purposely bought Tania so that I could get exp solely from bosses and have no problem spending DrakoCash on fire ores. Also I was level 131 for a long time in that map so if I was botting exp then I was doing really bad, because it only takes a handful of kills there to get to 170's.

Please see this from my view if you can. A person sees me with monsters dying around while its not possible because I was wedged in a corner so only one side could die. But they took no effort to note that I had a purple spirit pet summoned out. And helix says that monsters were 'dying', which indicates that it happened gradually over time, and not at a rate like I was using a strong attack or skill. And then he reports me and a GM comes to check it out to see that I'm in the same spot, not doing a thing, just as before. And from giving the person who reported me the benefit of the doubt, bans me while I'm performing no actions. I was even staring at the GM's hat because it was awesome. It's not like I ran off giving a thousand excuses, because I didn't know what was going on and I didn't feel like I did anything to get bad GM attention, cus I barely speak crudely over smega and don't remember offending many people. In fact one day I saw a guy flying around in the ground with a low level character. I couldn't take a screenshot because he moved too fast. That is what 'hacking' really is. I'm standing there minding my business and using pets to my advantage, and that is called an illegal offense... isn't there a chance that something like that isn't 100% fair? It's not like I come along as a random player to your private server to ruin it then leave. I'm low RB but try to show my server loyalty everyday by making friends over smega, and invest in cash items because I plan to play long term. Everytime the server is down I wait in chatroom eager for it to come back because I agree with the rates and the way everything is designed in it. Pushing me out of a server like this for no concrete reason seems a bit harsh. Can I formally ask, to be unbanned, please?

Deagan, talk to Nina about it and get her explanation of the story.I know its rare for her to ban someone so there had to be reason. But it is worth looking into since he is a donar.

I know what it is, when you summon a bird or w/e it sometimes doesn't show the animation of it attacking.It happens a lot, it isn't a hack.

Also when he was afk the monsters were just flinching, no damage would appear. It probably was a summoned monster.

i observed for a while and the monsters were indeed flinching but not even the 'miss' would appear. however, i see that your point in your appeal. my sinceres. case appealed. deagan, the last action is yours.
