Im pretty sure you can make a payment (donate) with the card. You just cant add the money from the card to your paypal balance.

giving me the card codes, no, sending it somehow with your own paypal by attaching it to your paypal, yes.

Ah well I've been trying all day and once I get unbanned if you see it fit for me to get unbanned I'll try again to donate cause all I have is a visa gift card.
