Banned for no reason

hi i was training at cloud foxs and did heavens hammer but then my screen froze and i did it again. after that i was disconnected and when i loged back in i was perma banned. i went to the site and it said i was banned for doing 4999999 damage. please fix this if possible thank you my character name is shadowmage. username jordan16 thank you for your time
