Pop up when you first "make a character" and NX o-o

Well you know how people just skip and skip and skip everything when you first start drako*the beginning when you make a character* people don't read the NPCs.
So why not add a auto pop up for them to have basic commands like "Helpful command:@cocnpc,@help" and then they'll know what to do instead of asking everyone.

Soo i know there's going to be attendence.Right?(Yes) okay so well why not have a bar like VOTE FOR ATTENDENCE or w/e just like vote for nx.So people know what to vote for.
Also when people go on the site to "vote" they click gtop and not "Vote for NX" Sooo yeahh o_o...why not just have that pop-up when you go on the site that says "Vote for us(NX)" cause
i think thats a problem with people saying "i voted and i did not get any NX"
