Character crashing

everytime i try to get on the server it crashes. i get to the characters and choose one then instead of starting it shuts down maple. i have tryed making a new character same thing and i have also done the log in fix and nothing. is there any other files that i need? cause i have the part 1 part2 and client. dont you need custom .wz files or is it in the setup? thanks

i.p banned.. i think.. it happened last time when i tried logging in another acc when i was banned.

i dont know what was wrong but i redownloaded and it seems to works fine now i guess during the install something went wrong.
