Referral event

Hello, DrakoMs.
As of 6 June 2010, I have decided to make some changes in DrakoMs related to spoonfeeding and new players complaining.
As I make those changes, i'm going to host a pretty big event which should all combined together result in a great update.

About the changes :
I am going to raise the rates to 500x/250x/3x and modify the decreasement system to decrease somewhat faster.
When I do that, it results in new players having an easy start and welcome to DrakoMs.

About the event :
I assigned roles to the gm's of DrakoMs, which will all be completely dedicated to this event which will last from monday-friday (11 june)!

Deagan - Finish the changes around the system and the site.
Codicia & xNyakiSin - Lure the forums for referred players and those who referred them and pass the information on to the in game gm's (more information in the actual forum made specially for this event)..
NumberTwo, Decer & Shob - Activity in game to confirm the completed referral of one (more in the actual forum made specially for this event) and potential in-game question about it.
iYuyao - Xat on the site to make sure those who are referred have a smooth download- and merging process.
NumberTwo, Calvin(not up-to-date yet) - Neutral factor, these people will keep a track of the event and be both in-game as on the forums to make sure the referrals are completed smoothly.
