autobanned, need help

just started playing here yesterday, made a character and leveled to 125 or something. i was disconnected a hour or two ago and ive been unable to login since. i checked the website and used the "why am i banned" function and got this answer:

Banreason :
Autoban 'Dogtooth': Hacking (damage hack) damage being : 4901535

i dont recall doing that much damage, i was disconnected when i was idle, not in combat. any help is appreciated, thanks!

white knight. i see why i was banned now, i did not know that hammer skill was bugged. thanks for clearing this up for me

dont use any uberskills till you got 1 or 2 rebirts..

thank you! but what do you mean by uberskills, besides the hammer skill? i started playing here yesterday and im not familiar with how things work on this server yet

hes talking about the pro skills that r not ment to be used till rbs 5+

yes, what are those skills? id like to avoid being banned again

those are the skills at your 4th job
you can miss it..
i only know sniper (crossbow)
and hammer of heaven (pallandan..
not long in the game ether

This is nonsense, heaven's hammer does an exact damage of 99% of the monster's hp, it's high likely you hitted 4901535 with it.

well is there any other reason i might have been banned if not for that skill
